SCIP Annual Summit
New York City 2007
You guys know me, any trip I try to squeeze in some quality time with my very simple digicam which is still a great companion in sharing those moments with all of you.
This year's SCIP Annual Summit in New York was not just a stunning networking and learning opportunity again where competitive intelligence professionals, scholars and partners gather in great density - it also provided a unique chance to chase those motives again.
When arriving at beautiful Marriott Time Square I knew I just had to make time for a couple of great shots. Well, what-do-you-know: opening the curtains and glancing down the glas skin of the opposite building I discovered these two cute yellow street mice right away.
A conference in a big city only makes sense when you need the infrastructure or if you want to offer a large crowd of 1'200+ confernce attendees something special. A crazy oportunity to combine mind boggling 70-something competitive intelligence workshops and break-out sessions with intelligence scholars and vetrans plus this stunning town with broadway shows and extended night walks to enjoy Manhattan's nightlive!
After 4 days of exchausting but extremely valuable learnign adn exchange among the world's top leading intelligence minds I was sad and relieved to see the most stunning sunset vanishing behind the buildings of New York early June 2007. A conference and a city experience I won't forget!
